I wondered what all the hype was about Pinterest. Now I know. Pinterest is fun. Pinterest helps a person organize the coolness that is the internet. If I like something, I can find it again.
For a person with DID or multiples, it also can be used as a place to organize alters and all the stuff that interests them. Being able to find pictures of what my alters enjoy, brings me peace. It allows me to take what I see in my head and say, "This is what I was thinking. Now my family and friends (those who know I have DID) can get to know all of me a little bit better.
I don't know if all of my alters will play on Pinterest, but a few have already found things to share.

I love Pinterest too. It's kept me off of Facebook and I've enjoyed actually making some of the stuff I've seen there (so it's not all wasted time- just mostly!)
Pinterest is so addicting, I know I waste lost of time there LOL

I've started using Pinterest, and made a folder for each alter - and one for the system - to try to gather pictures of what we each 'look like' - our self-image we each have. I'm loving it!
Pintrest is such a time suck! But that doesn't stop me from going there. LOL
